As the lead business & strategy design consultant, Robert maximizes the reach of impact-driven businesses and investors through best-practice logic models and applied experience helping organizations scale operations and impact. Born and raised in South Africa, his early professional years have seen him work alongside non-profits, impact-driven businesses, and investors in more than a dozen countries across 4 continents.
Rob has a BS in International Business from Liberty University, and an MS in Social Innovation & Entrepreneurship from the London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE)

As the lead marketing & communications consultant, Tanner redevelops comprehensive, ethically sound messaging, branding, content, and audience development strategies for Oona clients. After spending his early professional years in community & economic development, Tanner now works with clients around the world to tell their stories of impact better.
Originally from Mississippi, Tanner has a B.A. in Journalism from the University of Mississippi and a Master of Divinity (MDiv) from Southeastern Theological Seminary.
